Join a club, a group, a large organization when you get the chance, volunteer at one if you have to because in a group people gravitate toward roles, and the one you move toward explains your natural inclinations, your talents, even skills, the stuff you’re good at.
It also reveals your sense of responsibility as you tell the group, “Guys, I will handle this.”
That part of the project or work you decide to own, your very own slice of the cake, is a pointer to understanding yourself.
Take some time to think about it today, you may begin to realize that the work you do, the roles you play, and not your job title or job description are signposts pointing you in the right direction.
